One to one classes
Private yoga lessons designed for your needs. The first session will include a detailed consultation and from there I will work with you to support your practice. I can give you an introduction to yoga or help you build upon your current knowledge. If you wish to, I can also support you to bring yoga into your daily or weekly routine.

For 2-6 people who want to develop their yoga practice together. I will design the sessions to suit the needs of the group. Classes can be made suitable for all levels.
