A nurturing and feminine yoga practice designed especially for women. The approach helps us connect with our intuitive wisdom to bring comfort and joy. Suited to women of any age, womb yoga can support healthy menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, post natal recovery and menopause. A physical womb is not required!
